Sangman Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang, and his main practice areas include M&A, domestic and overseas investment, establishment of VC/JV with PEF, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and healthcare.

Mr. Kim has provided legal advice on extensive issues, such as M&As, domestic an overseas investment (PEF/VC), establishment of JV, acquisition financing, corporate for a number of domestic and foreign companies and private equity firms (PEF), corporate governance restructuring, compliance, management disputes, and general corporate matters. He also has experience advising and representing domestic and foreign companies in litigations related to corporate restructuring issues, such as work-out, rehabilitation and bankruptcy.
